Solid, thorough information

In this day and age of "sound bites" and popular TV and internet gurus dispensing superficial, feel-good advice, this book is a refreshing, in depth alternative. Isbitts gives solid, practical, "inside" information on how Wall Street really works, and how to avoid the traps and pitfalls that can surprise an unknowing investor. Great book!

Solid Non-Conventional

This book presents a solid statement of how to properly approach investment strategy. It debunks much of the "bull" that large Wall Street firms dish out and sets out its own well thought out strategy for investment, along the way explaining some of the mysteries which, once understood, will enable the reader to get a better sense of what is reasonable for an investor to expect from an advisor, as well as what some of the terms that are thrown around by so-called "investment gurus" really mean. If you are an English teacher, you may get distracted by the occasional typo or grammatical imprecision, but bottom-line, the message is right on point for those who wish to preserve and grow their wealth.
