My manager has read this book and has now ordered several more for a team that she was a part of. She states the book is excellent and wanted to share the book with other people for Leadership skills.

Young Leaders Pocket Guide

Any leader, young or old, can benefit from this book but like the old saying goes, is hard to teach new tricks to an old dog, older leaders will be more prone to resist the concepts of true leadership that this easy to read book presents. If you are in charge of people, no matter in which field, this book teaches you the true meaning of what a leader should be. If you want to connect with those you are supposed to lead, read this book and apply its lessons to your real life job and watch your people grow and excel

Walking the Talk we already know..

"Walk the Talk," did offer some insightful advice on making sure that we walk the talk we already know. Yes, the rules and values offered in this story are ones most of us already know, but through the story we come to understand that it is not enough to tell people what rules and values you follow and/or believe but that you must set an example by making sure you follow them. Most people are easy to see the mistakes in others without being accountable for themselves, which is something we should all be doing. Overall, while "Walk the Talk," may not offer too many new ideas, it is a fairly good and fast read, that I would recommend.
