Puts you there

This book puts you in the Revolutionary War in a personal way, making you FEEL what the characters feel. It is extraordinarily appealing to the senses, exploring taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight. The ending is worthy of a Bruce Willis movie!!! A must read if you have any interest in the history of this country or of a personal journey toward peace.
