Peaceful; uplifting; beautiful inside and out ...

I was exhausted physically and mentally as I walked into the little gift shop in Dallas Airport... This little book seemed to beckon me... I put my luggage down and opened it. The feel of the pages and the sight of those watercolors washed over me and I was litterally spellbound to read on.Not since the fairytales of my childhood have I been torn between the illustrations and the text... yet there was no way to choose... So I read on... No with the voracity I usually have with a good book, but with the enjoyment of the first bite of Godiva chocolate or that first ray of sunlight that catches you unaware...I bought the book. Not to have it. But to chare it. As for me, I had the experience. In the end, I kept the book... because I could not choose who to give it to. Today, I am buying 15 copies.This book is a gift. To yourself and to others.
