It brings to life scientific conclusions from decades ago, still relevant today and mixes them with later research and common sense, in a way that makes obvious the healthy natural "timelessness" of the facts talked about in the book, and it is one of those books to which I find it useful to return, because it contains knowledge of the sort that takes time to digest and implement... in short: it's a GOOD BOOK...
