The birth of my child was easy, just as I visualized

I recommend this book to anyone who believes childbirth should be a positive experience. Its been 5 years since the quick, easy birth of my son and I still rave abouth the excercises in this book. The book helped me prepare to be relaxed and rejoice when labor began. All too often, women are programmed to be scared of childbirth, this short little book can help a woman to train her mind to enable the power of her body. A perfect book for someone trying to have a positive birthing experience.

Handy, practical, and not too mystical, it guides you and your partner through wonderful imagination exercises that help immensely with breathing, relaxation, and pain relief during labor. Also a nice way to bond before the baby comes.
