A pulp sci-fi novel.
After hundreds of years of climate catastrophes and anarchy, humanity has splintered into isolated societies scattered around the desolate wasteland known as the Dry Mile. One of these societies is called St Chauvin's. A puritanical cult where a nineteen-year-old girl must flee for her life to the only other known civilisation - the neon metropolis of New Genesis. Here, she finds herself becoming New Genesis' most sought after commodity in the booming economy of Organic Fairtrade Sexual Television. An industry where virgins (people free of cybernetic augmentation) reign supreme. The cracks, however, soon begin to show when an experimental procedure leaves her burying her own corpse in the desert - forcing her to make a decision that will forever cement her reputation as more than just a St Chauvin virgin.
