Great kid’s book if you’re a serial killer

This is allegedly a children’s book, but was very creepy and would induce nightmares. Most children’s books don’t include lots of blood and a man making a suit out of the skin of his victim then infiltrating the family of his victim using the skin suit. I know it’s cheetahs, not humans, but it’s still really weird. I get the moral lesson they’re going for, but it had a very poor execution.
