I cannot believe that in the book they recommend eating cream of wheat, Raisin Bran, and plant based meat! It’s lab created junk food! I read reviews all about how this is one of the best books to read if you’re interesting in going vegan. Instead I suggest just reading The China Study and eating what plants work for you. They aren’t letting me return this book so I wasted my money.
