Great Vegan resource

The recipes in this book are easy to make and delicious. I want to make every single one of them. There are however, pages that have been removed from this book, containing 7 recipes. I can see where pages 61 and 62, and pages 87 and 88 have been torn out. This is the only reason for the 3 star review. If it was intact, I would have given it the full five star review

a real life saver for this self-employed mom of 3

A wonderful mix of tastes and menus in this easy to follow book. I've used this book almost exclusively for a couple of years now and we've never gotten bored. Sometimes I just grab this book on the way to the grocery store and use the shopping list provided for each menu I want. The cooking strategy is the best thing I've seen, I can always have an entire dinner ready in 30 min because the planning is already done!
