Apart from a few lists of high protein or and GI foods which can easily be found online (the author even includes the website these lists are sourced from), this is not really a helpful book! There aren't really recipes or meal plans beyond the most barebones interpretation of such things, the text is poorly written and edited with obvious grammatical and printing errors on virtually every page, and it's about 50 pages with large, double spaced type - there are free articles on the internet that are longer and better written than this. An extra star for some nutritional information that some folks might search for, but otherwise avoid it!
