The Vector

After the attack on Israel on October 7th, and with the United States joining the war. Iran decides to strike the United States. Iran gets eight volunteers, removes a tooth from each of the volunteers and replaces them with hollowed out teeth with a deadly biological agent stored in the false tooth. Then these Vectors, a Vector is someone infected with a disease and these Vectors are ordered to go to Mexico, enter the United States through the El-Passo Pass with orders to head for eight major cities. There they are to destroy the false tooth, giving the Vectors three to five days to infect ten X ten x ten people before the Vector's succumb to the deadly germ.
