Undulations is a road trip, a wander along a litany of trails; moments of listening and looking as "light sieves the hills".

Contemplate the shapes of elk, listen to the chatter of seals, "a gaggle of aunties at the market, / gossiping for fish and belly rubs" and sit on Limantour Beach as sunlight glitters off the Pacific coast. As the title poem suggests, "Maybe everything relents; ideas of left and right / meet in the erosion of distance".
