Great Service!...Book arrived sooner than expected, in the condition promised! At this time, I cannot comment on the book, yet. I ordered it for a Fall 2010 class, and have not yet evaluated its worth as a text. If allowed to do so at a later date, I certainly will return to do so.

Textbook is written in easy to understand language with current examples to explain and illustrate management concepts. Subject is organized well and easy to follow with chapter concepts building on each other to develop an overall understanding of Management.
