What if the modern church has been dangerously wrong about divorce and remarriage?

Jesus said:

"And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery." (Mark 10:12)

Paul wrote:

"The woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth." (Romans 7:2)

"If she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband." (1 Corinthians 7:10-11)

Then came this warning:

"Adulterers... shall not inherit the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

Those are not difficult verses.

They are life and death.

Every day, thousands of women divorce their husbands and marry another man. Every day, thousands of men marry divorced women. Most never stop to ask whether Jesus condemned what they have done.

If a married woman remains bound to her husband until he dies... if remarriage is adultery... and if adulterers will not inherit the Kingdom of God... then this is not merely a marriage issue.

It is an eternity issue.

Are you willing to gamble your eternity on the hope that Jesus didn't really mean what He said?

This book was not written to condemn you.

It was written to wake you up.

If the modern church has ignored the words of Jesus, then millions of sincere people are walking toward eternity believing they are safe.
