Being a Yorkshire lass and being brought up in a mining town i have been well travelled around the world, Many people show interest in the Yorkshire accent and around interest in Yorkshire itself and the people there, i have recently published a book of poetry dedicated to the late great George Michael and once published i began writing poetry more frequently and i then decided that one for Yorkshire people to be able to relate to would be an enjoyable read therefore this book was written with that intention. I hope not just Yorkshire people but people from all over the world with an interest in everything about Yorkshire will enjoy reading it.If your from Yorkshire the book shouldn't be a problem to read and understand, yet i think it would be an enjoyable challenge to non Yorkshire folk.
