Destroyed book

I understand that I purchased the acceptable condition of the book but they sent me a copy that had been chewed on by an animal. Honestly I usually always buy the acceptable choice but really didn’t expect to receive a messed up book! I’m super disappointed in the price of it considering its condition. It really does suck bc I order from this company all the time. They could have done better and not sent me a book that was in as bad of a condition that this one
