On August 16, 1973, a four-year-old boy fell from a horse sixteen miles back in the remote Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex of Montana near the Chinese Wall.
This fall resulted in an injury that would require a "surgical intervention" performed on a camp table in the darkness of their Indian Flats campsite along the West Fork of the Sun River.
