Amazing Thriller

Trial by Journal is an amazing book by Kate Klise. Throughout the whole book, Klise really keeps the reader's attention. Trial by Journal is an exciting mystery that is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. This book is about a young girl, Lily, who has to serve on a jury because of the new law stating that when the trial involves a juvenile, a juvenile must serve on the jury. Gulity of being a terrifc book

i thought this book was the best book that I've ever read!!! I could hardly put it down once I got into it. I think that everyone who likes mystries should read this great book about a mysterious case involving a killing. To see what actually happens read the book; TRIAL BY JOURNAL and I'm sure you won't be found guilty of reading it.

Too Good For Words !!!!

This is the best book I have ever read! It's a comical mystery about a really mixed up case and really mixed up people. It leaves you both in suspense and excitement ! This book is for kids 8 and up because it might be too confusing for younger kids. Lily Watson has to keep a journal of her experience on Jury Duty and "the case of Perry Keet," due to her missing way too many classes of 6th grade with Mr.Watson, her teacher. An 82-year-old actress, a kid in a gorilla suit, The Tyleville Quill's gossip, a zebra hotel room ? What more persuasion do you need ?

Guilty!...Of Being a Terrific Book!

Lily Watson is, as her teacher says, a "very unique student", who's 12 and in 6th grade. When one of her classmates turned up missing, there was only one man to blame. And the new law in Tyleville is that one minor must serve on the jury. Lily is picked, but is very distraught because serving on a jury for 6 weeks means summer school. As it happens, Lily begins to enjoy her experience and makes friends with an aging ex-movie star. But as the case goes on, and the characters get shadier, Lily realizes that she isn't just serving on the jury, she's involved with a major crime. This book is terrific! It only took me about 2 days to read because I couldn't put it down. If other kids are looking for a good book, I know I would reccommend this one to them. Also, for a shorter book, Regarding the Fountain is a great choice! Trial By Journal is one of my all-time favorites!

Excellent book

This was an excellent book for all readers. A 12 year old girl named Lily Watson is going to be the first ever child juror in a court case. But what Lily learns will help her save 2 people and put 2 other people in jail. This is a great book for anyone who likes journals or mysteries.
