Great beginners field guide

My toddler wishes there was more about scat of course, but she still adores the book. She’ll ask for it often when we’re outside exploring!

Better than others we've checked out...

My kids (aged 5 and 2) found this book to be pretty good. It has more animal examples and more pictures of the scats than other similar kids' guides we bought. It also classifies the animals by the territory in which they live (forest animals, field animals, etc.). Good choice for fellow animal trackers!
