The book's title alludes to knowledge leading us to God. But the subtitle is more important. Because knowledge is paramount - faith is irrelevant. If a billion people believe that a river will flow from sea to source, will it happen? No matter how many people believe, a river will always flow from its source to sea. No faith will ever change that. A person can believe in literally anything. Even that the Earth is flat. It's similar with beliefs. Do they influence reality? No Reality, regardless of beliefs, follows its own course.
