Excellent Natural Beauty Recipe Resource

Like the previous reviewer, I've had this book for at least 20 years. This is a wonderful book with fabulous simple home-made formulas for hair and skin care. She does not advocate using soap on your complexion and provides reasoning. She gives formulas for skin cleansing. The formulas for vitamin skin oil are unique. The advice on health and cooking was years ahead of its time. I wish I had followed the advice. I will now!
