After searching for clear, concise help with my self-esteem in a barage of selfhelp books I came across this little gem at work. It's an easy read and I could relate to the writer's self-image problem (stemming from his mother and father). It's rounded nicely by scripture yet not biased toward any particular faith. It gives simple but effective homework to build from. Perfect for reconstructing your life.
