Turkey Tom Kettleman was first seen at the intersection of Kettleman Lane and Lower Sacramento Road in Lodi, California during the spring of 2014. He quickly became a popular attraction, capturing the hearts and imaginations of many. On 09-28-14 a motorist struck and killed Tom. Author Donna Pacini-Christensen created this inspiring short story for children to benefit PALS HAVEN, a new animal shelter in Lodi, California.
