It is August 6, 2020. Much to my dismay, summer took a day off. It is 63 degrees and drizzling intermittently. I decided to walk the empty docks in the West Bay Marina in Olympia Washington. The marina gives the appearance that it is falling apart but in actuality old planks are replaced when needed and the floats under the planks are very solid.
