Very slow at the onset but after it gets going it very interesting and thought-provoking

Some reviewers didn't like the slow writing especially the first 100 to 150 pages. I also wasn't sure where it was going and thought it was slow moving, but after that slow initial 100 pages it moved better and the story was interesting and thought-provoking. I did enjoy it and do recommend it. I love time travel and try to read as many books on it as I can. It's very different but I think worth reading. I'm sorry some didn't seem to get that from it.
