I looked a long time to find a journal that would let my wife (and me) keep track of our first pregnancy all in one place and I found exactly what I wanted with Three Trimesters A Journal to Motherhood. It's so different than other journals I looked at, great pictures of nature and it has everything, even a page for family medical history. We love it and my wife says it's perfect to pass onto the kid when he's old enough!
