This one wild life

I found the entry reading of this book was telling the reader what she was going to write about..the middle part was solving her problems by hiking and walking...as a former hardcore walker, I too know the benefits of walking. Physically and mentally... unfortunately for me, Ms has taken that part of me away...I found the book hard to read, beginning to middle...then I put it away..
