Sam and his friends laugh when the storeowner calls them a Zombie Squad. But they have no idea what's coming their way. A mysterious relic they come across turns out to be a catalyst for unspeakable events. And the dead don't just start to walk--they awkwardly sprint from victim to victim, building an army of undead. To make matters worse, a group of mobsters pursue The Zombie Squad through the city of New Orleans, wanting to obtain the relic for their own malicious reasons.
