It is a very interesting book, very complete. The only thing is that inevitably time pass by and the book now is a lit bit out of datas, because in meantime many ingredients were added to gastronomy operations.

CLASSIC

This is one of those old-school cookbooks that is not only packed full of information (on everything from Aardvark to Zwirn), it's also full of imaginative adjectives and editorial comments by the author. Mr. Coyle tells you how to prepare and eat all sorts of things you have probably never even thought of putting in your mouth -- plus lots of things you now want to search out and find for yourself. Reading this book will help to put the gusto back into your culinary appetite!
