My name is Dana T. Littles. Author of the Book, I use to see Black and White. Now I see Color, published in 2021. A book about Mental Health and my determination to fight against it with my mite. My book was written to bring awareness to everyone that Mental Illness is serious. I am also the Author of the book, The Wind Beneath my Wings, published in 2022. This book is about my life starting as a teenager until the present, a Middle aged adult. I speak about my adversities in life and how I was able to navigate through all life storms. I am a 47 year old, native of Philadelphia. Born and Raised in Philadelphia, I too raised 3 of my own children here. A city where I revisit so many of my tragic memories, through people, places and things. The Wind Beneath my Wings is a story in poetry form about with so many of life trials and tribulations, I always had the will to rise above and elevate.
