Romantic winner

Another winner from Ridgway. I just love her characters and the romance she writes. This was her first book and it was somewhat formulaic, but her characters are fresh and very likeable. They have great chemistry and romance. Emma had discovered her fiance in bed with their boss' daughter. Now they are marrying and she must attend the wedding, as everyone from the office is expected. To salvage her pride, she has told everyone at work she is fine and even has a new gorgeous boyfriend. Now she has to find someone to fill that roll for the wedding. That someone is Trick Webster, a retired wealthy businessman who has been burned by a woman before and is wary to fall in love again. But he can't resist the charms of Emma. I recommend this one.
