Disk broken when book arrived.

WHY was this book shipped in a plastic bag instead of something that can't be bent? There is (was) a media disk in the book that is needed to do the assignments in the book. The disk itself is now broken in half and the book is useless now. The money I spent on this book I may as well just set on fire for all the good the book does me now. When you're shipping books with media in them like this they MUST be shipped in something than can't be bent in half.
