Remarkable Book

This is a remarkable book. Written by someone who has experienced real despair and survived it, this book is not one to be read quickly and cast aside but instead requires the reader to complete a set of exercises designed to create a true sense of well-being. I found that completing these tasks brought about a real and positive change in my self-esteem and confidence. This book is truly inspirational.
