Bullseye!

This book hit all the situations that everything my fiance and I have been dealing with his parents. I thought I was being very stubborn in the way I'm dealing with his parents but reading this book, it advises that it's healthy to establish boundaries on when and where they'll have a say in our life.

Very Helpful!

My husband and I have both struggled with our relationship with his parents. We have stood strong in our union as a couple, but continue to have problems with them. The four of us are seeking counseling now, but this book helped me see their point of view on a lot of issues. It can help good relationships get even better.

ON THE MONEY

Ms. Bigelson provides great insight for those having problems with their in-laws. This was a great help. My family and my in-laws are very different and this book really helped me get over the rocky start to our relationship. Since my mother-in-law and I have become closer recently, I told her that I had read this book. It turns out that she had read it as well. This book really helped us develop a great relationship. I highly recommend it.

biased and opiniated

Written with the viewpoint that in-law parents are the people who make trouble. Not always true. We now have a generation that lacks self control and courtesy. Counseling may have done more harm than good to our culture.

If in-law trouble is causing you frustration, this is the book to read. It has wonderful advise that will help you with all your problems like it did with mine. It deals with practically every in-law issue. Mrs. Bigelsen proves to be a suberb writer. Don't hesitate to buy it.
