In Hollywood, Randala juggled screenwriting with the composition of erotic poetry, and her spoken word recording of her poem "Goddess" was featured in an episode of "Sex and the City." Despite her success in film, Randala returned to her first love, poetry, and moved back to Lebanon in 2011 to focus on her writing.

Randala passed away in 2023 at the age of 61, leaving behind an unpublished legacy of stunning and ground-breaking work.
