He is the author of the full-length novels Wangxiang Terrace and Military Affairs in Bizhou, the novella and short story collections Soldier's Love and Barracks Dance, and the full-length documentary literature work Shenzhen Armed Police. Among his works, Wangxiang Terrace was shortlisted for the 9th Mao Dun Literature Prize, and its screenplay adaptation won the "Top Ten Outstanding Screenplays" award at the inaugural Beijing Competition. Shenzhen Armed Police received the Outstanding Achievement Award as a tribute project for the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. 赵伟，生于四川通江，现居北京西城。著有长篇小说《望乡台》《壁州兵事》，中短篇小说集《兵恋》《营盘舞》，长篇报告文学《深圳武警》。其中，《望乡台》入围第九届茅盾文学奖，同名剧本获北京首届"十佳优秀剧本"奖；《深圳武警》获新中国成立五十周年献礼工程优秀成果奖。
