My daughter's pre-school teachers read this book, and it was a huge hit! My daughter begged me to bring home a copy from the library, and then she didn't want to give it back! I'm going to buy her our own copy for Christmas. I highly recommend this book for parents of 3-5 year olds. Just beware - it can be a bit of a pain to read aloud, because of all the repetition.
A+++ As a book to read to elementary school students

As a librarian at an elementary school, The Teeny Tiny Teacher won rave reviews with the children when I read it to them. The children loved to repeat the teeny tiny ghost's chant, "Give me my bone!" Books that have a catch phrase like this, are great in keeping the children's interest. The kids especially enjoyed the pictures and seeing how stepping stones were actually Scrabble tiles, pencils held up the school's porch, a postage stamp of the president was hung on the school wall and all the other wonderful school supplies which were intermingled within the story. It is definitely an exciting tale and is very popular at my checkout desk.
