This is a good book to keep on the kitchen counter during the Christmas holidays and anytime you are tempted to O.D. on sugar! Author S.J. A must for personal trainers

As a personal trainer I spend countless hours discussing diets and their effects on the body. I am often asked about healthy substitutes for unhealthy foods. This books makes it easy. I am the type of person that always likes to be snacking on something. I have tried numerous diets and tricks. They all work for a while, but I always go back to the old way. So I started working out in the gym. I was still having trouble taking off the pounds. One day a friend gave me this book to read. I couldn't believe how much sense it made. So the next day I started watching my sugar grams. I am shocked to find how my sugar you eat without even thinking about it. So now I limit my sugar grams and I truly am not snacking anymore. Before I was constantly thinking about what I could eat next, but now I am not hungry like I was. And if you are not hungry, guess what--you don't eat!
