This is the second book in a series of publications aimed at people who enjoy Mexican food and all things Mexican.

In this edition we hope to create a lifelong reference book for lovers of Mexican spirits. This book is meant to be a prestigious gift-quality publication for lovers of Mexican spirits and those who want to learn about them and create some different drinks for their guests.

In Cook Real Mexican's first book, we dealt with iconic Mexican cuisine, and in this edition, we focus on the stars of Mexican drinks: Tequila and Mezcal. There are also sections on Mexico's wines that are becoming increasingly popular, making the Baja the 25th largest wine-producing region in the world, other liquors and liqueurs, and Mexican beer.
