While searching for clues about his father, and the home planet he's never known, Gardner begins an online friendship with a street smart girl named Tulsa. When he finally gets a chance to go to Earth, Gardner is eager to experience all of the wonders he could only read about on Mars. But after his explorations begin, scientists discover that Gardner's organs can't withstand Earth's atmosphere. Gardner joins with Tulsa on a race against time to unravel the mysteries of how he came to be, and where he belongs in the universe.
A colony on Mars (East Texas) has now become reality. The first team to go there to establish a permanent outpost is headed by a beautiful woman. Oh no, it turns out that she’s not quite so virtuous, and she’s going to reach Mars with a bun in the oven.
For various reasons, everybody keeps a lid on this information. The mother is dispatched in childbirth, and the father is of unknown origin. 16 years later, the son now seeks his father and shall travel to the ends of the earth to find him.
Meanwhile, the boy from East Texas has been corresponding with a female earthling with a similar background. Together they bond and flee from authority.
Will he succeed in his mission of finding his father?
Will he be able to survive the rigors of Earth in his delicate condition?
What becomes of the blooming romance, and we get to watch?
Except for the boy being from Mars, this is straightforward seeking, and you may find formula movie.
It would be a lot better if you did not have to turn the sound off so often to erase all the background noise that is not related to or contributing to the movie.

This movie is an awesome romance but also has the element of a boy searching for his father. The plot is touching and adventuresome!
