Big Luxury for a Small Price

Reading The Spa Life at Home and seeing the beautiful photograghs is a capsule of relaxation in itself. Margaret Pierpont and Diane Tegmeyer have divided a spa day into segements you can do at home just as the title promises. There are no requirements for fancy equipment and the easy to reproduce recipes have ingredients that are readily available in most supermarkets. The home treatments such are well explained and simple to do. Some of the treatments would be easier and more pleasant to do with a partner than alone, such facials and massage. I can get in bed with this book and feel the relaxation overtaking me, however actually using the suggestions will get even better results! The Spa Life at Home makes a great gift and I have recieved enthusiastic thanks from women friends & relatives to whom I have given this book.
