For decades, the author has heard many speakers, and been to a conference or discussion table, that portrayed the bad consequences of pornography, or alcohol, or drugs, or other unhealthy addictions. Much of what the author learned is integrated, combined, merged, and incorporated into this book.

The author felt and thought, after being taught and educated regarding unhealthy addictions, that perhaps he could present these truths into a book that would be a benefit to human beings, to people, to our fellow citizens, and to the inhabitants of our planet earth.

Being not knowledgeable about something (i.e., you don't know about it) that is not healthy for you, can be harmful to you. The "not knowledgeable item", whatever it is, can be damaging, injurious, destructive, hurtful, wounding, destructive, wasting, and etceteras, to you. Pornography and other unhealthy addictions are not healthy for you. So, let's help each other learn. Let's help each other live healthy lives, better lives. May our God Almighty bless you.

In writing this book, I had the goal to help other people. If this book helps people, even one person, to improve and live a healthy life, then the writing this book has all been worth it.
