This book is great for anyone---whether they ski or not!

I really liked this book's approach to physical fitness. The author is a physical therapist as well as a professional ski instructor. She emphasizes safety, flexibility, as well as strengthening. The book is well-illustrated and is full of many exercises with adaptations for people with various fitness levels. This book is a wonderful guide for skiiers, snowboarders(like me) and anyone who just wants to feel good without all the aches and pains associated with tight muscles and inactivity.
