The Sinus Handbook: A Self-Help Guide

This book is a godsend to anyone suffering from a sinus infections. I learned so much about the anatomy of sinuses, the causes of sinus infections, and treatments for sinus infections. She describes in detail all the possible allergens and/or bacterias that could be contributing to the infection. I've seen numerous doctors and Muriel MacFarlane has many more treatments than they had to offer. She lists many treatments that are inexpessive and easy to do in her folk remedies section. The whole book is holistic in it's approach. Overall health of the body is emphasized.The only criticism I have for the book is that at times it is redundant. But this shouldn't deter anyone from ordering this book which has a wealth of information on the subject of sinus infections.
