A fitness book with simple in the title. Yet many would argue there is absolutely nothing simple about anyone's journey to weight loss. I wrote this book then to make a convincing case otherwise - by taking you through my own journey as an average overweight citizen to living my best healthy life, simply by getting Kinetic. This book is written to inspire anyone looking for a few great ideas along their own fitness journey. I have included a collection of educational excerpts from medical and fitness sources, and several fun tips on healthy eating. Throughout the book I offer many motivational and uplifting morale boosters, as well as words of consolation commiserating the hardships of losing the extra weight. My greatest hope is that I will benefit you the reader, and make a positive impact in helping you achieve your own personal fitness and health goals.
