Self-esteem, not always given sometimes it's built

Never really did any journal before, so i was really interested to see if this "Self Esteem" Journal would work to help me achieve a healthier self esteem level. The questions they propose for us to answer in our journal entries helps us to go deeper within ourselves, our minds and habits and find out what exactly makes you who you are. Overall, i'm still trying to reach towards a better self-esteem level but along the way i have taken a step back (with the help of the book) and found out more intimate things about myself. Worth reading!
