Early chapter book horse story

The Sea Pony tells the story of a young boy who has moved to Outhorn Island with his family. The boy misses his previous home and can find little to make him happy at his new home. Even the boy's horse, Goblin, is upset by the move. Then the boy makes a new friend, a girl who also owns her own horse and the acclimation process begins. This chapter book has about ten pages per chapter and wonderful color illustrations on almost every page. Other books in this series include Midnight Rider and Horses in the Fog. A good early chapter book, especially for horse lovers.
