Mental health and disorders are shaped by various social, economic, and physical environments operating at different stages of life. Mental, physical and social health is vital and interwoven strands of life. As our understanding of this relationship grows, it becomes ever more apparent that health is crucial to the overall well-being of individuals, societies, and countries. Yet, the notion of mental health problem has long been disputed more commonly in the developing world than in the developed world the burden is a worldwide problem (Desjardins et al., 1995). The disturbances to an individual's mental well-being can adversely compromise these capacities and choices, leading not only to diminish functioning at the individual level but also societal level (WHO, 2012). In both developed and developing country mental
morbidity was 25% (1 in 4 people) that makes one of the leading disabilities worldwide.
