We are all pilgrims just passing through this world. There are many routes that we can take as we journey this way. Most of them are well marked as to their destination. Care should be taken to make certain the route we have chosen will take us where we want to go. Some people are content to take the low road through life. Their road usually leads to troubles and sorrows. They find that when they reach the end of their road, they have their reward and there is no hope beyond that. Others take the high road through life. their hearts are set on eternal things. They see the things of this world as temporal and unworthy of their pursuit. They see things such as love, joy, peace and happiness as their reward for this life and everlasting life with Jesus as their eternal reward.
